By using our services and their associated OAuth2.0 applications, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service

1. Account Authorization

• You authorize the "Announcer" application to access and collect your Roblox and Discord account information for the purpose of linking your accounts together and verifying ownership.

2. Proper Use

• You agree to use any of our services and their features in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this agreement.

• You shall not use our services for any malicious, abusive, or unauthorized purposes that violate the rights of others.

3. Data Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your Roblox and Discord account information and ensuring its confidentiality.

• We are not responsible if your Roblox or Discord account gets in the hands of another party, as we do not store any credentials (tokens, passwords, etc), as stated in our Privacy Policy

4. Service Availability

• We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee that our applications or projects will be available at all times without any interruptions, delays, or errors.

• If the any of our services ever gets interrupted, it may be, but not limited to, because of: Power outages, ISP outages, updates, or any emergencies required for the service to be taken down.

5. Modifications to the Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of any of our services or their features without prior notice.

• We may also update or change the functionality, requirements, or limitations of our services from time to time.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and logos, associated with the "Solaris Development" brand and its services, are owned by us or our licensors.

• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our services or projects or their associated materials without our explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

• We shall not be responsible for any actions, content, or conduct of third parties related to our services.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of our services or any violation of these Terms of Service.
